An absolutely magnificent and memorable stay. The room was beautiful and exuded old world charm and the bathroom well equiped and contemporary.The staff were super friendly and helpful. We stayed with our dog and they were more than accommodating and were very thoughtful. When we returned from a walk they had provided a dog bowl and mattress for our dog. Location is excellent and we only have fantastic things to say about this hotel. Do yourself a favour and stay here when visiting Venice. You will be happy you did. Thank you for a wonderful Stau.
If you like the rustic style, you might like this hotels. The location was good to walking everywhere. Easy to take taxi boat is just outside of the hotel. The room wasn’t clean and they need to fix the floor. The WiFi is not really working.
Arguably the best location in Venice. We stayed in the room with the Grand Canal view and it was better than we've imagined. Full view of the canal and Rialto bridge with the bonus sunsets. Excellent restaurants and cafes just walking distance away and there is a taxi stand right at the door.
Even better was the stellar staff. It felt like a personalized butler service. Very warm and welcoming with great recommendations for things to do in the area.
It's a historic building so the interior is little antic but had all the amenities and a modern bathroom.
It's not your typical hotel with modern interior and minimalistic decor and that might put some people off other than that there's absolutely nothing to write about.
